ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW:
Any modifications or additions to the buildings must be submitted for architectural review and approval by the Architectural Review Board. Contact the management company for a copy of their required submittal documents.

COMMUNITY PARKING REGULATIONS:
Niguel Pointe requires all residents to adhere to adopted parking regulations. To view the regulations, click HERE. Parking is monitored by Safeguard On Demand. Contact them at (800) 640-2377. Long term parking of vehicles must be "safe listed" by Safeguard, contact them at (714) 650-7193.

Our HOA Board of Directors meet once every month. Homeowners are encouraged to attend if they are interested in the current affairs of the community. A forum is provided to allow homeowners to address the Board directly.
